Terms and Conditions for Riders

By participating in a ride or tour provided by Cruizzy (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Rider" or "you") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
Your participation in any ride or tour offered by the Service constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Safety and Conduct:
Riders must follow all instructions and directions given by the Service's personnel, including drivers and tour guides. Riders are required to wear seatbelts at all times while the LSV is in motion. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the ride without refund.
The following are strictly prohibited: littering or damaging the LSV in any way; engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior; extending any part of your body outside the LSV; tampering with the controls.
Riders are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
The driver has the right to refuse service to anyone posing a safety risk or violating these terms.
3. Bookings and Payments:
Advance bookings may be required. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods will be communicated.
Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at booking. Riders who fail to show up without notice may forfeit payment.
4. Limited Accessibility for Handicapped or Disabled Riders:
LSVs may have limited accessibility for those with mobility aids. Riders are encouraged to contact the Service before booking to ensure suitability. Service personnel will offer reasonable assistance but may not be able to accommodate all needs.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver:
Riding in an LSV involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Cruizzy and its affiliates from liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruizzy and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
7. Photography and Videography:
Photos or videos may be taken during rides for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to their use unless you notify staff beforehand.
8. Personal Belongings:
Cruizzy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the LSV.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
Terms may be modified at any time. Your continued use after updates implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes will be resolved in Oregon state or federal courts.
11. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cruizzy.
12. Severability:
If any part is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.
By participating in the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
